How to set your signature in Apple Mail

Go to Mail

Select Preferences…

in the Preferences go to Signature and select your account – afterwards click on plus

Go to this link and copy the text template into your clipboard

afterwards paste the template into the white box and fill in your personal data

afterwards close the preferences and you’re good to go.
